Freediving / Apnea

For those who are interested in the underwater universe, we advise you to take an apnea course.

Apnea simply means holding your breath and diving to discover the underwater worlds while challenging yourself.

If you have ever wished of being one with the submarine world, freediving is made for you.

1 day of course, composed of:

– theory session

– pool/confined water session

– sea session.

The price may vary between 150 and  250€, depending on the itinerary and the number of people.

 

 Freediving Course Level I – 2 days course

During this course, you will learn the fundamentals rules of freediving, to let you enjoy freediving safely.

This course is more detailed than the one-day course, and will transmit you a more complete technique for snorkeling

This courses is composed of :

– open water session
